Do you have ready made cakes available in store?
Yes! We have a small but beautiful and delicious range of cakes available to purchase in store or online. Starting from $40. You can check them out at our Online Store.
We always recommend that you pre order at least 24 hours prior to avoid disapointment.
What flavours are your cupcakes?
Classic Indulgent Range
Caramel mud cake, salted caramel centre, vanilla buttercream, salted caramel drizzle and a vanilla macaron on top
Choc mud cake, gooey choc ganache centre, choc buttercream topped with an Oreo biscuit

Do you offer allergy-friendly, gluten free and vegan options?
Yes! We have a range of Gluten Free Vegan cupcakes (see above question for flavours). We also have raw gluten free, vegan, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo friendly slices.
It’s important to remember that we are not a ‘free from’ facility and some of our products contain nuts. We do everything we can to avoid cross contamination but it is not guaranteed.
Do you sell macarons?
Yes! They are made in house in a variety of flavours. Lemon curd, red skin, ferrero, salted caramel, bubblegum, vanilla and coffee flavour. These flavours are subject to change.
Do you sell cake toppers?
Yes we do. They start from $10-$15. You can view them at our Online Store.
We can also arrange a custom made cake topper for you, starting at $45.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Your cake will be ready for you to collect based on the time you selected when you checked out online. Our store hours are at the bottom of our website.
What if I can’t collect during those hours?
Please contact us directly via Facebook and we will see what we can do for you. If one of our team members is able to come back to the store there will be a $50 after hours collection fee.
Do you deliver?
We do not offer delivery at this stage. Please keep an eye out on our social media pages for any updates.
Can I customise my cake/cupcakes?
Some of our cakes can be customised eg: change colour/flavour.
If you cannot see the option available online, it means that customisation is not available.
Do you do custom cakes?
Yes we do, but not at the moment. Please stay up to date via our social media pages for any changes to this. Please see our online store for what we can offer you.
How long do your cakes last for?
Our gluten free/vegan cupcakes will be amazing for 3 days, our regular range of cupcakes will be amazing for 5 days and our cakes up to 7 days. You will need to store them in the fridge in their box that they came in and you can even wrap the box in glad wrap for ultimate freshness.
You can also freeze our cakes for up to 3 months.
What are your terms and conditions?

Please choose wisely, as refunds and cancellations are not permitted once your order has been placed.
Pick up times/Collection information.
Orders are required to be collected during our current business trading hours, if you are late or forget to collect your cake, you will be charged a $50 after hours fee IF we are able to return to the store. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
If you have ordered a cake that is 2 tiers or more, it may be packaged in separate boxes and you may be required to assemble the cake yourself. Assembling the cake yourself is not recommended unless you have experience. We strongly suggest that you hire Miss Naked Cakes to deliver and assemble your cake if it is 2 tiers or more. Delivery to Albury Wodonga is $85 and not available on weekends or Public Holidays. For delivery fees outside of Albury Wodonga please call the store for a quote.

The serving size displayed on our website is a guide only based on Australian recommended serving size guidelines.
Changes to your order
There will be a minimum $25 amendment fee for any changes to your order once the order has been processed. This fee will be in addition to any costs associated with the changes. In most cases we can accommodate changes, however at times it is NOT possible. We will however endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Any changes made to your order within 14 days of collection or delivery will NOT be possible due to scheduling.
Delivery of your order
For any cake that is 2 tiers or more we strongly suggest you include our delivery service to your order. When we deliver a tiered cake, each tier is packaged separately, and we assemble the cake on site to avoid any damage during transportation. Assembly of a tiered cake is a delicate process and should only be attempted by a professional.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that food items are perishable and delicate products. Our aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality products to our customers. Unfortunately, once we dispatch our products or our customers take possession of them, a number of factors relating to the care and transportation of the cakes may result in the quality being compromised or damage occurring to the products that are beyond our control or responsibility. We highly recommend our delivery & assembly service to avoid any potential issues.
Variations from pictured items
In some cases, it may be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture on our site, as certain items/products may from time to time be unavailable.
Please note that where colours are concerned, the pictures represented on a computer may not be a true representation of the colour of the actual product as quite often screen colours are not correct and therefore your order may appear to be slightly different in colour from that shown.
Refunds are no provided. However, If you have found that for any reason the product you ordered did not meet your expectations, then please contact us via telephone, or email as soon as possible. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
If there is an issue with your order, please note that you must refrigerate or freeze the item immediately and return it to us on the same or next business day.
Disclosure of Information
We will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.
Furthermore, under no circumstances will we sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
